VINIFICATION : Following the night harvest, the destemmed grapes are put in vats where they will ferment for 3 weeks under marc. Then the wine is pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks for one year to keep all the freshness and aromatic expression of our Provencal grape varieties.
ROBE : Brilliant golden yellow color.
NEZ : Nose on white peach on citrus notes.
BOUCHE : Fresh mouth on lemony notes which gives a nice drinkability.
