VINIFICATION: Following the night harvest, the destemmed grapes are placed in vats where they will ferment for 3 weeks on the skins. Then the berries are pressed and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 1 year to retain all the freshness and aromatic expression of our Provençal grape varieties.
APPEARANCE: Deep purple color with beautiful intensity.
NOSE: The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and hints of licorice.
PALATE: An aromatic palate with a Provençal profile featuring accents of black fruits (wild blackberries) and a spicy finish.
