Located approximately 25km northwest of Perpignan. At the heart of the Côtes appellation
du Roussillon Villages Caramany, the estate is located on the Gneiss vein of the village
by Caramany. Worthy of a postcard landscape, this one is made up of a rosary
of plots overlooking the lake, bordered by scrubland mixing holm oaks, cistus,
dry stone walls and butterfly lavender.
On the estate we find grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache and old
Carignan with twisted vines, the terroir rich on two sides. In the North, the soils are
fertile in minerals, essentially composed of Gneiss sheltering in the subsoil
Garnets. In the East the terroir is denser, it is made up of granite and marble.
La Part des Anges estate is united around David Loiret, who shares with his
equips us with the sense of observation and generosity necessary for the production of wines.
Together, they follow the same and unique path, revealing the most beautiful expression of the fruit
and the terroir, this common will is expressed in respect for nature.
The archipelago of red vines gives birth to the vintages: Alchemin, The Butcher, Rec des Abeilles, La Part
des Anges and Maury. The estate’s only white wine is called La Parcelle Secrète.
because there is no plot of white strictly speaking but vines of white Carignan
lost in the middle of our old plots of Carignan Noir.
The altitude of the vineyard brings freshness and preserves the fruit from the intense heat of the south of
the region.
