The New Wave Bitter
First created in 1830, this is France’s oldest bitters and is crafted from some twenty plants, pepped up with a hint of Espelette pepper to provide lingering pleasure on the palate.
Ingredients: macerated plants
Gentian roots, Bigarade ribbons, crushed oranges, Sassafras shavings, Cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon, Espelette pepper... and a dozen other plants, but don’t tell a soul!
Format: 70cl - 17% vol.
