Patrick Guiraud is an oenologist and owner of the family estate, where he has been established since 1989. He was a pioneer in his concern for ecological issues, and began to convert to organic cultivation in 1995.
Mr Guiraud built a new cellar, which is energy autonomous thanks to the presence of 1000m2 of solar panels.
Modern wine-making material enables him to produce high-quality wines. Established on the Aimargues plain, the vines blossom in the Mediterranean climate. Always looking for innovative ways to produce more natural wines, the estate today combines a modern approach with traditional expertise.
