Will age easily for 10 years
WINE MAKING PROCESS :
Pellicular maceration for 15 days with pumping twice daily Then malolactic fermentation, maturation in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring
CHARACTER :
A nose on notes of red fruit, followed by a complex and structured mouth
with supple tannins
WINE PAIRING :
This red wine is going to be your go to wine. You can pair it with red and white meat wether the meat is grilled or smoked with the BBQ. You can also enjoy the bodied nature of this wine with stronger sauce, like peper or blue cheese sauces. Finaly if you like to drink your red wines with some cheese, this one is going to be a killer !
