Steeped in history and classified as a Unesco world heritage site, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert is a jewel of Roman art. Its vast vineyards nestle in the foothills of the Séranne Massif and Mont Saint-Baudille, where they cohabit with the olive trees. The first plots of the appellation are rooted at the foot of the Fonjoya cellar.
The Collection 3 Grenache pays tribute to a southern grape: the Grenache. Cultivated under the Mediterranean sun, it was more widely grown from the end of the second World War onwards. The wide variety of soils and the warm climate encourage production and growing.
