A historic Chinon AOC estate on the south bank of the Vienne River, the vineyard comprises 28 hectares certified organic.
6 hectares planted with Chenin Blanc and 22 hectares with Cabernet Franc.
Our grapes are harvested entirely by hand
and vinified in a gravity-flow winery.
All the grapes come from the estate: zero trade.
Eco-grazing in the vineyards.
Aging in stainless steel/wood/tuffeau vat/oak tanks (500L+) and larger, and sandstone amphorae.
We offer 9 different wines:
4 Chinon reds (Le Temps des Cerises / Les Chiens Chiens / Les Blancs Manteaux / Pierre de Tuf)
3 Chinon whites (Chante le Vent / La Part des Anges / Le Blanc Clos)
1 Chinon rosé (Goutte de Rosé)
1 sparkling "brut nature" (Monange "zero dosage"), a Chenin Blanc/Cabernet Franc blend
