VIKKA is certainly its most beautiful and astonishing cuvée, named in tribute to the scandinavians' roots of the family. It means "traveller, explorer" in old Norse. From 2010 vintage, this blanc de blancs was aged for 12 months, at 60 meters underseas, at the westernmost tip of France, Ouessant Island. This place is full of winds and swell which creates a mystic symbiosis between the ocean floor and the chalky terroir of Champagne.
