Passato Organic is a brand of organic wines from the most important appellations in Piedmont: Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera d'Alba and Barbera d'Asti, Roero Arneis, Langhe Nebbiolo and Chardonnay.
Passato Organic represents a project of sustainability for a select range of historical wines of Piedmont. We have twelve hectares planted with vines within the most expressive and important areas of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, carefully separated from large plots to avoid contamination with conventional agriculture.
An essential and rigorous philosophy guides production choices. In the vineyard, the focus is on environmental sustainability and the preservation of biodiversity, recognized as the primary source of the beauty and taste of our land. In the winery, we act by subtraction, eliminating any action superfluous to the natural evolution of the wine.
