Vazisubani Estate
is located in Georgia's foremost wine region – Kakheti, in picturesque Alazani Valley, on the right bank of Alazani river, which historically has been regarded as the best stripe for Georgia’s premium class wines.
We grow five endemic grape varieties in total of about 33 Ha vineyards at our Estate.
We have restored and revived the Palace and the Old Marani (wine cellar) of the 19th C, originally built by Sulkhan Chavchavadze, who was famous for his deeds and his sacrifice to his Homeland.
The unique century-old garden, planted by him and the Palace, also, built by him, rest in the heart of the Estate, making this composition, together with a modern hospitality venue, our Estate’s cultural and recreational center.

Our Qvevri wines are full skin contact wines crushed, fermented on macerated on skins in subterranean terracotta clay jars for minimum 6 months.
We try to find and bring forward both: qualities of our terroir and the way of our signature winemaking.

VAZISUBANI ESTATE is one of the three wineries that make up the Georgian Wine Group (GWG).
GWG was established in 2015. It is a Group of three viticulture sites in three historic and leading viticulture areas of the country of Georgia
- VAZISUBANI ESTATE is located in the Vazisubani AOC, hence belonging to Mukuzani AOC of Kakheti region, the Eastern Georgia. Mukuzani – the Crown of Georgian Wine Appellations.
- ROYAL KHVANCHKARA is from the region of Racha, exotic and mystical micro-zone.
- VARDZIA TERRACES in the south of Georgia, well known region of Meskheti, famous for its terraces.
Wine company - ROYAL KHVANCHKARA
The company is located in the western Georgia, the region called Racha - one of the most stunning as well as one of the most versatile grape growing areas of the Country. Racha produces rarest and unique dry and naturally semi-sweet wines.
Royal Khvanchkara wines are made from grapes grown at 20 hectares of the Company own vineyards.
All our vineyards are located in the Controlled Appellation of origin of Khanchkara.
Our winery of Royal Khvanchkara is equipped with exciting-to-see very old and very modern machinery. It can process only 100 tons of grapes.
Wine company - VARDZIA TERRACES
This is the true enigma of our Country’s as well as our wine History.
Here, grape growing was stopped for almost 400 years.
The terraces here - in Historic Meskheti – were created millennia ago and serve as a proof to a sophisticated viticulture.
We have endeavored to restore the most famous ones, those created under the Kingdom of one the most famous female Rulers – Queen Tamar.
Vardzia Terraces are located in the Village of Khizabavra, 10 km from the historical complex of Vardzia.
Our vineyards grow at 1000 to 1100 AMSL.
The company's mission is to rediscover local native varieties and restore the fame of wines of Meskheti.
