Moulin Touchais is a historic property. We produce a late harvest wine made with Chenin Blanc, aged in bottles a minimum of 10 years before release. Moulin Touchais has that outstanding freshness of the typical fine, beautifully balanced acidity which lingers on the lips and palate. The wines have an amazing track record for longevity, and can last 50-100 years in the great vintages.
