The Château Moulin de la Rose in Saint-Julien and the Château Ségur de Cabanac in Saint-Estèphe are now managed by Jean-François responsible for the technical part and Guylène for the administrative part. Two properties rich in history with the Château Moulin de la Rose which takes part of its name from the probable presence of an old mill and seems to have originated from the name of Chevalier Larose who was the owner in the eighteenth century of the neighboring Grand Cru Classé, Château Gruaud Larose. Château Ségur de Cabanac takes its name from the illustrious family of the same name who owned great vineyards such as Lafite and Latour in Pauillac. 15 ha on both properties respecting the classic vinifications with a touch of modernism.
