90 Proof, 45% ABV, Grain Bill: 80% NY Rye and 20% NY Barley Malt. Aging: 24 months in new charred American Oak. Caramel and Vanilla flavors with a spicy rye note. The rye becomes more assertive in the finish. Clean, dry and spicy with nice warmth. Pot distilled. Has won numerous awards.
