Filodivino focuses on the cultivation and production of two indigenous grape varieties: the white Verdicchio, known for its ageing potential, and the red, aromatic Lacrima. Under the guidance of consultant winemaker Luca D’Attoma, Filodivino engages in continuous experimentation, aiming to reflect the characteristics of the local terroir in their wines.
Beyond winemaking, Filodivino encompasses a broader project. Founders Alberto Gandolfi and his wife Alida have expanded the winery into a resort, offering a place for travellers to stay and experience the region. The Filodivino Wine Resort & SPA aims to provide a setting for relaxation and exploration of the Marche region, set against a backdrop of natural scenery.
For Filodivino's first participation at Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris, it hopes to give visitors the opportunity to learn about this integration of winemaking and hospitality. The winery and resort will offer insight into the regional wine production in Marche, and present a concept that combines the production of local wines with a travel experience focused on the natural and cultural environment of the area.
