The name NOOH, the new brand from Château La Coste, is pronounced "nou" and combines the concept of no-alcohol and the chemical symbol for alcohol: OH. In order to make the sparkling wine alcohol-free, the alcohol contained is extracted by vacuum distillation, i.e. evaporation at a maximum of 35-40°C, so as not to alter the wine and to preserve all of the flavours. With notes of grapefruit, strawberry and cherry complemented by natural lemon and jasmine, NOOH Sparkling Rosé is designed for festive consumption, for both big and small occasions. NOOH Rosé is also available in a non-sparkling version.
