This cuvée brings together several rums that have all rested in American white oak bourbon barrels for 5 to 7 years.
Mahogany in color, its nose is honeyed, with a dominant on raisins, vanilla and tobacco. The palate is soft and creamy, like a crème brûlée. A complex finish, revealed by spices and delicately woody.
The different vintages of this range are elaborated in accordance with the English style rules of elaboration, the know-how and the quality of the rums produced by Saint-Lucia Distillers.
