Cocoa:
Made from macerated roasted cocoa beans, peanuts, coffee, sarsaparilla
branches, lime zest, vanilla bean and cinnamon sticks. The cocoa beans are
harvested from Habitation Pécoul plantation in Basse-Pointe.
Piment Bondamanjak:
Made from macerated Bondamanjak chili peppers, sweet chili peppers, ginger, turmeric, roasted almonds and green peppercorns. The Bondamanjak chili peppers and turmeric are from the gardens on the Distillery estate.
Fleur d'Atoumo:
Made from macerated Atoumo flowers, Moringa flowers, fresh lemongrass, June plums, grapefruit zest and pink peppercorn. The Atoumo flower and June plums are harvested directly from the distillery estate.
