Located in San Pietro di Feletto, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG production area, Il Colle is a winery owned by the Ceschin family, which has been operating in the world of wine and oenology for four generations. Founded in 1978, the company has always believed in the potential of the Glera grape and refined the techniques of sparkling wine over the years, channeling its resources into the production of Prosecco Superiore. A dedication so strong that it is today synonymous with quality and a point of reference in the panorama of local producers. The passion for wine, however, did not stop at the world of bubbles: Il Colle also produces other different wines of the territory, including some niches such as the Colli di Conegliano Rosso and the Refrontolo Passito DOCG. Il Colle manages and has direct control over all stages of the production chain, starting from the vineyards. It has been completely renovated for some years and develops in an underground space 10 meters deep. It has always been equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and invests a lot of resources in internal research; in particular the search for techniques for reducing the use of chemistry, especially with regard to the use of sulphites.
