The estate has been passed down through several generations.
We are the eighth generation: the oldest trace of winemakers in the family is Philibert Bulliat, born in 1737 in Régnié-Durette, the great-great-grandfather four times over of Gaétan.
We cultivate our vines using sustainable practices, with a portion undergoing organic conversion, employing methods such as cover cropping, plowing, and refraining from insecticides for many years. Our goal is to create terroir-driven wines, vinifying all our cuvées individually, traditionally with indigenous yeasts, while respecting the harvest and the wine.
Aging of the wines takes place in concrete tanks or oak barrels.
A good wine is, above all, a wine that brings pleasure. Wine is a living product, the result of our way of working in the vineyards and in the cellar.
